Almost everyone I can think of who has been successful in life has use this key and it helped them develop into the masters of their fields.
It is a COACH!
Think about this for a second. Go past your original thoughts of what that means. A coach, by helpuwin definition, is someone who has had previous success in your field/industry.
The most important words in that sentence is PREVIOUS SUCCESS. Every activity has points where failure occurs most. A coach with previous experience will know WHEN you get to that point. A coach with previous success will know how to AVOID that point entirely.
In sports, a coach with experience comes a dime a dozen. A coach with previous success is a lot harder to find. How many Bill Belichick’s are there in the NFL. That’s right, only one. What about Phil Jackson’s in the NBA. Get my point.
Don’t just listen to the people who have experience. Sure they know what they are doing because they have done it, but I want a coach that knows what he is doing and has done it on the HIGHEST LEVEL.
You should be seeking the coach that will make you a champion, a coach that expect greatness from themselves and the people around them. A coach who will show you the work ethic it takes to get to the top and stay there.
